About LCEM

Life Changing Empowerment Ministries (LCEM) was founded by Pastor Ronald W. Lyles, Sr. on
September 10, 2014. God gave Pastor Ronald and Co-Pastor Mary Lyles this name because
people’s lives will be changed and empowered by the ministry. LCEM is an end-time ministry that has been entrusted by God to lead the people to salvation, deliverance, biblical teachings and righteous living.
 

After forming the ministry Pastor and Co-Pastor Lyles started looking for a building or church to hold worship services. They prayed and sought God while waiting for a building. God directed them to start Wednesday night Bible Study at their home in December of 2015. Other members joined and visitors attended as well. While still searching for a place and faithfully having weekly bible study, God showed favor to LCEM. They were notified of a building/church that was available at 1000 E. Hudson Street. They had their first service at the Hudson Street location on July 8, 2018. God strategically placed LCEM “on assignment” in the North region of Columbus.
 

On September 8, 2018 Pastor Ronald and Co-Pastor Mary Lyles were ordained as Pastors under their new covering, Bishop Robert E. Hooks, Restoration Ministries located in Visalia, California. Bishop Hooks is Overseer of many ministries throughout the United States and other countries. LCEM is blessed to be under his leadership. He is a powerful man of God who stands for righteousness and has much biblical knowledge which he shares to equip others to operate in their calling.
