Meet the Pastors

Pastor Ronald W. Lyles, Sr. and Co-Pastor Mary E. Lyles

The pastors at Life Changing Empowerment Ministries (L.C.E.M.) are anointed, powerful, and prophetic vessels used by God to lead the people to God while using God’s biblical principles. As shepherds over the flock they pray and watch over their souls. They operate in the spirit of love as God is love. God gave Pastor Ronald Lyles, Sr. a vision for the ministry. God has gifted him with wisdom and knowledge to teach and preach to the people. He equips them to walk in their calling and to be soul winners for Christ. His wife Co-Pastor Mary Lyles works closely by his side operating in various gifts as directed by God.

Both Pastor and Co-Pastor Lyles have been preaching the Word of God for many years. Prior to becoming Pastors, they were very faithful as they served in various positions at local ministries. They attended Power and Glory Ministries for 17 years. Ronald Lyles, Sr. was ordained Elder by Apostle Maurice Broomfield and served as Elder over the Music Department and Audio/Media (sound) Department. He was leader over the Praise Team, along with assistance of his wife Mary Lyles who also worked in the Youth Department. They were both musicians at the ministry and provided marriage counseling when needed.

After transitioning to the City of Zion Church, Mary Lyles was licensed as Minister by Pastor Elgin Orton. They served as leaders over the Marriage and Family Counseling Department where they provided marriage, premarital and family counseling. They also served on the Ministerial staff where they preached the Word of God, assisted during alter call and had other responsibilities as needed. Pastor and Co-Pastor Lyles left the COZC to move forward into their ministry at LCEM to help build God’s kingdom and fulfill the vision and mission of God’s assignment on their lives. They are excited to be doing the work of the Lord as they continue to move the ministry forward under the direction of God.
